100 or Less - $175.00 per Month

Any Transactions Over 100 - $35.00 per Hour Added to Monthly Fee

Payroll Fees

    • Each Additional Employee - $2.00​

  • Special Payroll (one to five employees) - $75.00 per Special Payroll

    • Each Additional Employee - $4.00​​​

  • Time Sheet Calculation - $2.00 per Employee

  • Davis Bacon Wages - $4.00 Additional fee per Employee

  • Quarterly Reports (federal and state) - $50.00 per Quarter (includes W-2 Forms)

 

1099 Fees

Form 1099 and 1096 Preparation

• Up to Five Forms - $20.00

• Each Additional Form - $4.00

• Manual Computation of Form 1099 Data - $35.00 per Hour
